The suspected couple were photographed kissing while on vacation in Malibu, California

"They looked very loved up and were paying more attention to each other than the view," an observer tells E! News.

The couple was also seen sharing intimate moments during a romantic getaway to Hawaii few days before. Meanwhile, sources close to the stars say they're definitely "official."
"Katy likes how down to earth Orlando is," an insider told the publication. "They seem to be getting serious and are an official couple. She calls him her boyfriend."

But are these two lovebirds just rebounding? Perry, 31 was lastly linked to singer John Mayer. While, 39-year-old Bloom split with his wife of five years, Miranda Kerr, 32, (whom he shares a son with, five-year-oldFlynn) in 2014.
 Since the breakup, Bloom has not been in a serious relationship until Perry!
