The 23-year-old most sought after bachelor revealed in a new interview with Capital FM's 'To Bae Or Not To Bae' radio show that he has a hots for the 'The Hunger Games' star even though it's unclear if she feels the same about him.

When specifically asked about Jennifer, Nick quickly responded: "To bae for sure. That needs no explanation. We know why. What’s not to love?". Wow! He’s not even trying to play hard to get!
